However, if you need to change, cancel, or return an order, we’re here to help.
🛍️ Change or Cancel My Order
If you have just placed your order and want to make a change or cancellation, please email us at:

- Order Number
- Email or Mobile Number used at checkout
Requests for cancellation or changes due to customer remorse must be received within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
If already shipped, you may return the item after delivery according to our return policy below.
🚚 Are Returns Free?
Unfortunately, returns are not free at the moment.
Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the product is damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was sent by us.
📦 How to Return an Item
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- It must include all labels, accessories, and protective covers.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
To request a return:
Email support@premiumhub.in with your order number and reason for return (with clear images if defective).
Once approved, our team will share the return address and steps.
Please use a trackable courier service — the parcel remains your responsibility until we receive it.
Refunds will be processed once the returned product is inspected and approved.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Used or installed lighting products
- Custom-made or special-order items
- Sale or clearance items
- Personal accessories (like anklets) once worn or opened
⏱️ Refund Processing Time
Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, we will:
- Issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- During sale or festive seasons, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is completed.
💸 Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee may apply in the following situations:
- Customer refused delivery and parcel was returned.
- Parcel not collected from courier or pickup point.
- Cancellation requested after dispatch but before delivery.
🚫 Items Not Received / Wrong Address
If you haven’t received your package within 30 business days, contact us at support@premiumhub.in.
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete.
- The parcel was refused or not collected by the customer.
🔧 Warranty for Lighting Products
All lighting fixtures (hanging & wall lights) come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
If you experience an issue within this period:
- Our team will assess the issue and provide a replacement part or fixture, if necessary.
Please note:
- Warranty claims must be reported within 60 days of delivery.
- Claims after this period may only qualify for replacement parts, not full product replacement.
🧾 Initial Inspection Requirement
We encourage all customers to check their order immediately upon delivery.
If there’s a visible defect, damage, or missing part, report it within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
Reports after 7 days may only be eligible for replacement parts under warranty
